Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's government begrudgingly accepted President Biden's plan for a cease-fire in Gaza on Sunday.
Biden had issued the plan on Friday, and Netanyahu initially responded with dismissal. Hamas has indicated it favors the plan, though no formal agreement has been made.
Ophir Falk, chief foreign policy advisor to Netanyahu described Biden's plan in an interview with the U.K.'s Sunday Times, saying it was "a deal we agreed to — it's not a good deal but we dearly want the hostages released, all of them."
"There are a lot of details to be worked out," he said, adding that Israel remains committed to "the release of the hostages and the destruction of Hamas as a genocidal terrorist organization."

Maybe the Israelis have no choice but to accept. Who said the world was fair? In any case, Israel now knows there’s no Off Switch for the hate from their enemies, who pretended to coexist side by side for fifty years before breaking that peace on Oct 7, Israel now knows that the beautiful children the Israelis are raising today could be taken anytime in future as rape victims, stabbing victims, because their enemies are like the Terminator who will never stop ever until you are dead.

Yeah I can’t sand how Israel always gets shafter on these hostage release deals. They get hostages in single digits, but release HUNDREDS of actual criminals. It should be release ALL Israeli hostages for 1 or 2 Hamas terrorists.
Maybe it’s just my “blood for blood” mentality, but it would be a damned shame if a riot broke out in the prison where these savages are housed, and most of them managed to kill each other before they could be released.

If all the Israeli hostages are dead I hope Israel says, “deal is iff” and then goes scorched earth on Hamas.
We were not in a war since WWII? Sounds like you were not in Korea, Vietnam, Iraq etc. The men there sure thought they were in a war.
Our soldiers saw combat. But they did not fight in an actual war. Korea ended in a stalemate. We lost Afghanistan and Vietnam.
Iraq is still a question mark.
