Deliberations resume this morning, after Merchan rereads instructions back to the jurors. Thoughts?
You know Trump doesn’t deserve or need this! If I was him regardless of the verdict, I would say you know what the hell with America the hell with politicians and the hell with the left wing evil demonic POS folk! I’m out of here. I’m taking my family and we’re moving out of the US and I’m gonna live the rest of my life in comfort! And as he walks out, he can flip his middle finger to the whole damn world! And you know what I would not blame him. On the contrary, I would think what a brave soul. God bless him and live your life in peace and rest!
Some of us would never fold
Plus, this was combed over with a fine one in hopes of charging President Trump previously and they realized it wasn’t a valid charge.
How does Posobiec even know this?
Gee, I wonder what the common strain is here
Colorado Trump thrown off the ballot by 4 Dem majority judges and Dem AG prosecutor
Maine Trump thrown off the ballot by Dem Election Commissioner
DC Trump indicted and to be tried for insurrection before Dem judge with Dem AG prosecutor
Georgia Trump indicted for election interference by Dem Prosecutor
NY Trump indicted for business record fraud by Dem Prosecutor before Dem Asst Prosecutor Judge
NY Trump tried for mortgage loan misvaluation by Dem AG and fined 380 million by Dem Judge
Az Trump team indicted for election interference by Dem AG
NY Trump suit for sexual assault by Dem plaintiff with Dem funded lawyer before Dem judge and Dem jury awarding 86 million
NY Trump tried for slander by same Dem plaintiff, Dem judge awards 5 million
NY Trump DC/Fla Trump indicted for Documents possession by Dem Grand Jury and Dem AG
They are claiming the Trump Organization payments to Daniels, via Cohen, were a campaign contribution and thus failure to report them was a FECA violation. This is despite Trump never being charged for a FECA violation, let alone convicted.
Did a fist fight break out in the jury room ?

Agree it’s getting more dangerous by the day the next 5 months will be a turning point one way or the other.
A lot of brain washed lemmings on the lose
Even worse, Merchan's instructions amount to a circular argument on p.31.
Dishonest and sloppy: Trump is "guilty" because he "falsified business records," and that is a felony because he "intended to falsify business records?" Circular argument.
Merchan needs to take a course in remedial logic.
I hope that sank in because Steinglass said several times during the trial that Cohen was convicted for doing this at Trump's direction. This is a point that Andrew McCarthy is just livid about.
For a hung jury we need 1 juror that is not guilty on all charges.
If all 12 find guilt in any of the 34 charges, he is guilty of the felony.
Posobiec is friends with Don Jr. Posobiec took his dad on his birthday to the NASCAR race on memorial day and sat in the booth with president Trump.
I hope that Posobiec has some reliable inside source(s)🙏
Tuned into Human Events on RAV rather late.
Gavin Wax, head of the NY Young Republicans, was on, then he had Ben Bergquam from outside the courthouse.
Did not exactly hear any reference to this fight.
Having to switch around today because Faux news is talking way too much about what happens if our GOAT POTUS is found
(Fill in the word; my fingers won’t type unthinkable outcomes)😡
I don't think that's true.
The jury might find Trump guilty of falsifying business records, but that it was not in furtherance of another crime.
That's the "other reasonable explanation" argument according to the FEC. If the jury believes that the legal expenses to Cohen were really campaign expenses, but they also believe that he would have paid for them even if he weren't running for President (i.e., to protect the Trump brand or to hide it from his wife), then the "furtherance of another crime" fails, according to the FEC.
If the "furtherance of another crime" fails, then the 34 charges must be dismissed as misdemeanors that are past their statute of limitations.

I got the common strain, but auto correct changed Damn to Dem.
Or maybe it was the other way around?
According to Jack there is one female juror who smiles at Bragg a lot and smiled when during the read back mentioned Trump going to prison..obviously there are Trump haters on this jury that is beyond obvious its after all, Manhattan
I'm sure Merrick Garland looked at charging Trump from every conceivable angle. If there was any possibility for a conviction, he would have gone forward. Of course, a federal case against Trump would have faced an emergency appeal to SCOTUS, where as NY can probably run out the clock in state appeals courts. They don't need this conviction to survive appeal, they just need Trump to be a "Convicted Felon!" until November.
