I ask again, does a bent judge with an agenda, have the ability to kick a holdout hjuror off the jury during deliberations, and replace them with an alternate until there aren’t any holdouts remaining? Serious as a heart attack question here. Especially if the bent judge doesn’t care about being overturned on appeal?

I cannot imagine ever again entering any agreement that provides for dispute resolution in a New York court or using New York law. That would be a deal-breaker in any agreement.

We need to be careful, anything other than an acquittal leaves PDJT under the authority of the court, i.e., the gag order would remain in effect, and Trump wouldn’t be allowed to leave New York without Merchan’s permission (so much for campaigning). I still can’t believe he hasn’t brought a civil rights violation case in Federal Court yet, but probably because he would have to bring it in the SDNY, which isn’t much better than Merchan.
