JUST IN: NBC reports that Trump's defense team is "newly animated" and have "cracked" a smile while the District Attorney's team looks "tense and apprehensive" in New York.
The moment came as the jury submitted a second note to Judge Merchan, asking him to give the instructions again.
"The District Attorney’s team looks tense and apprehensive. Todd Blanche, on Trump’s defense team, just cracked a tight smile. Trump, Blanche and Emil Bove, another one of Trump's attorneys, are whispering amongst themselves and look newly animated," NBC reported.
Jurors were then dismissed for the day after a few hours of deliberations.
"You must not google or otherwise search for information about the case," Merchan said.
Deliberations will continue tomorrow at 9:30.

Yep. And they might just drop a mention or two of all the people with connections to DJT who've gone to jail, been bankrupted, or lost their career.

“Obviously someone on this jury was not listening during my instructions. Let me make simple enough that all of you can understand. The Orange Demon is guilty of something. It doesn’t matter what. It could be jaywalking or scuffing up Biden’s desk before he had a chance to sit in it. Now go back and convict the SOB and don’t come back until you’ve done it. Bailiff lock these jurors in the deliberation room. Turn the air conditioning on high and don’t let them out until they give me a guilty verdict. Don’t feed them or give them water either. Alternate juror you are still on standby in case I need to throw someone off the jury” tghus spoke Judge Merchan.
They know what they’re supposed to do for the Judge and his daughter
And future generations of Merchans
They are desequestered so that friends and relatives can hound them for GUILTY.

...because the FBI, the CIA, or the DNC has put the squeeze on their friends and family and said “...or else”.
Really you ever serve on a jury. Those are standard instructions evey time the court day ends
Yes!
Heck, I couldn’t even memorize one lousy page of Latin for an oratory contest in high school (Juvenal, “O Mores, O Tempores”).
Pray for the ultimate sate of confusion! Pray for a Hung jury!
nope, wrong.
I’m sure a quick vote was taken early and a few will be “talked” to this even. Probably planned. Unanimous verdict Friday, just before the weekend.
Maybe one of the lawyers is holding out because he knows the law. The others are just following the jury instructions which pretty much said convict Trump.
Merchan really meant: “Google your a@@es off. With this lame-o prosecutor and these pathetic witnesses, how are we going to stop Trump from destroying democracy, if he isn’t behind bars and safely Navalni-fied. If only we could have stretched him on the rack until he confessed! Ahem. So Google your a@@es off, but don’t tell anyone.”
I’ve never been on a jury, however, I would want a copy of the instructions I could reference while deliberating. To me, it’s just common sense. Sure, they read it to you, however, most people want something they can look at with their own eyes, especially in complex situations, such as a trial.
Probably a hung jury. Unless one of the lawyers that made it on the jury can convince everyone else that the judge if giving them illegal guidance.
Have the dems already contacted the jurors with a promise of a nice tax-free reward if they vote to convict?
Sure they can’t google any information about the trial but can the jurors at least put some money on verdict? I heard you could get some good odds for not guilty
Wouldn’t be surprised if the judge has their phones taken away tomorrow so they can search their phones.
