JUST IN: NBC reports that Trump's defense team is "newly animated" and have "cracked" a smile while the District Attorney's team looks "tense and apprehensive" in New York.
The moment came as the jury submitted a second note to Judge Merchan, asking him to give the instructions again.
"The District Attorney’s team looks tense and apprehensive. Todd Blanche, on Trump’s defense team, just cracked a tight smile. Trump, Blanche and Emil Bove, another one of Trump's attorneys, are whispering amongst themselves and look newly animated," NBC reported.
Jurors were then dismissed for the day after a few hours of deliberations.
"You must not google or otherwise search for information about the case," Merchan said.
Deliberations will continue tomorrow at 9:30.

Wonder how many FBI agents will get pulled over by sheriffs and asked “WTF are you doing here in my county?”

I’m realizing that the only time when things will really be right between some of my siblings and me is when that happens, or when we’re all in Heaven. The lies have cut too deeply; only He can get all of us to see the truth.
He should disbarred, disgraced, have his assets and those of his extended family all seized and, then, placed in gitmo for waterboarding. In a few few decades he should be released from hard labor to his “home” country...never to return. Of course, this is after a fair and timely trial.

The jury should DEMAND that the jury deliberation room be SWEPT FOR LISTENING DEVICES by a third party appointed by Judge Merchan? No.. the FIB? No.. the Secret Service? No.. Bragg? No.. Oh hell, NEVERMIND.

That is a great prayer... for a spirit of confusion to surround the Jury... in Jesus’ Name I ask oh Father!!!!!
Apparently in New York, the defense is the first to present summations, then the prosecution. During this trial, the prosecution brought up a lot of 'potential' laws that Trump could have violated that were never mentioned in court or in the charging documents, with no way for defense to rebut.
Apparently New York likes to stack the deck in their favor...

Trump should bring an emotional support kangaroo into the court. Barring that, he and his attorneys should have a picture of a cartoon kangaroo named Juan on their briefcases.
