After tossing Jewish voters overboard to accommodate the Hamas supporters of Dearborn, Michigan, the Democrats are starting to get nervous about the choice they made.
Despite the rollout of the campaign, beginning with Senator Schumer’s floor speech blasting Israel, and various liberal Jewish surrogates, including Rep. Jerry Nadler, vocally opposing the campaign against Hamas, the Democrats did not manage to sell Jews on Biden’s betrayal.
Biden’s declaration that he would stop providing military support to Israel if it continued to pursue Hamas into Rafah touched off a major backlash from donors, like Haim Saban, from celebrities, like Michael Rappaport, who has said he could vote for Trump, and ordinary Jews.
While there’s no accurate polling of Jewish voters because there are too few Jews in much of the country to be captured by conventional polls and polls specifically surveying Jews are usually run by leftist groups, Democrats have suddenly begun to sweat the Jewish vote.

Of course, the above apparently does not apply to polls showing Biden losing support among other sub-groups of the Dem coalition.
This sounds like more of a hopeful conjecture than reality. American Jews are solidly behind the pro-Palestinian cause, a small number of outspoken old Jewish donors notwithstanding, based on the large numbers of Jewish students who support the college protests for Palestine.
I don’t think many Jews will change their party affiliation. I have a few friends who are unhappy with what is going on. They are very unhappy with Biden and they hope the Democrats nominate someone else. They will not vote for a Republican. They’ll vote for the green party or something like that.
I believe you - it just shows that the heart is so wicked and deceptive to even consider changing it’s stance toward a different conclusion.

Money, power, influence, although the number of voters has some importance in NYC and a few other cities.
Sure. And the black vote, too, as we hear almost every election year around this time. And don't forget those Hispanics/Latinos who are oh-so-very conservative (really!) and aren't happy lately. And the scared soccer moms.

This is nonsense... They could care less because there are now likely more Palestinian squatters in the US, than there are Jews.
They want the Arab vote, the Jewish voter is who they take for granted just like they take black voters for granted.

If we get a jump in the black male vote Trump should rub it in black women’s faces who would never vote for him. Ask what Kamala or Bigfoot Michelle has done for them. Then confirm that’s why black men prefer white women.

Wait till the tax on capital gains goes from 20% to 40% when Trumps tax cuts end and unrealized capital gains are taxed too and they change the 1031 real estate exchanges. They’ll suffer. Of course we’ll suffer too.
