The concern with instructions is there are no facts that support an alleged crime. Alina: we don't even know what the crime is!!
Jury instructions are key. Alina does not think merchan will give the jury a fair read of what is required to prosecute trump for a felony.
Alina is upset that Merchan has the power he has,she's right. No judge waits a week to give instructions.
Alina: these jurors have not been sequestered and they should have been. Instead they are being filled full of crap for days.Those with TDS, trump derangement syndrome, may not vote accd. to the non-evidence of the case.

Yeah, I stopped watching “national” news and CNN when Fox came out. I still, for the next 10 years or so, watched local news (mostly sports and weather), but had to stop when Obama became president.
The local station news readers and reporters just became parrots for the Left. When Trump came on in 2015, they copied their “big brothers” in New York and Washington, also catching TDS.
I don’t even “watch” Fox news or even TV anymore... I just use the Internet: Free Republic, YouTube, various sources that are not pushing an agenda. I don’t go to any conservative sites because I don’t want to see their or anyone’s narrative—just the news, ma’am (Joe Friday voice).

Time and time again they think they “got” Donald J Trump, but he only goes up in the polls each time.
More and more people believe DJT is being unfairly prosecuted.
Finding him “guilty” will only cement more in this regard.
I think the raid on Mar-A-Lago was their first big mistake.
They could have ignored Trump and I think DeSantis and others would have been in better place (not that I supported any of them), but the raid and subsequent charges only made Don the stronger and a martyr.

So many problems with the raid its almost comical. Why go with so many weapons? Why alert local hospitals of raid? What was the legality of the raid? ,Was their any legality? Who authorized it?
Trump had been recently negotiating with the FBI for what paperwork they wanted.The raid was totally unnecessary!
Especially with the obvious quasi-military look of it. The raid now seems and was totally political to make Trump look bad.
