The concern with instructions is there are no facts that support an alleged crime. Alina: we don't even know what the crime is!!
Jury instructions are key. Alina does not think merchan will give the jury a fair read of what is required to prosecute trump for a felony.
Alina is upset that Merchan has the power he has,she's right. No judge waits a week to give instructions.
Alina: these jurors have not been sequestered and they should have been. Instead they are being filled full of crap for days.Those with TDS, trump derangement syndrome, may not vote accd. to the non-evidence of the case.
