Well, there you have it. Jack Smith has joined the “Gag Academy” and requested yet another gag order against President Trump for merely speaking the truth. This post President Trump made on Truth Social was the final straw for little Jack Smith.

Is the allegation that some words endanger law enforcement sufficient to have an order imposed? Does there not have to be something to back up the claim?
If so, can’t Trump merely claim the case is ruined by the spoliation of the evidence by the prosecutor?
Which affects the outcome of the trial more? Tempering with evidence, or talking about the terms of the warrant that actually existed?

Last I heard, Judge Cannon ordered the prosecution NOT to submit any new motions without her express permission until the Supreme Court rules.
She said the defense must waste time and effort on every motion that is all likely to be overturned by the Supreme Court.

There is a lot of evidence to suggest the Mar-a-Lago raid was to retrieve Crossfire Hurricane documents that prove Trump was being spied on from the beginning.
While I agree (and “know”) that one of the (many) reasons they went after those documents was Crossfire Hurricane, I don’t think there is provable “evidence” - yet . . .
She needs to jail him for contempt and sanction him personally by paying Trump’s legal fees to oppose this nonsense.
