The Democrats can’t win unless they cheat which is why they are fiercely fighting to block voter ID laws.
Democrat gutter lawyer Marc Elias has filed at least two lawsuits to stop Repair The Vote’s attempt to introduce voter ID laws in Nevada.
Marc Elias is best known for his work promoting Hillary Clinton’s fake Russia dossier in 2016 and doing the dirty work for the Democrat machine to make sure there are no voter ID laws.
Marc Elias and the corrupt Democrat party took a huge loss on Friday.
In a unanimous decision, the Nevada Supreme Court on Friday ruled in favor of the voter ID ballot initiative spearheaded by Repair the Vote PAC.
“The initiative, filed in early November, would amend the State Constitution to require that all persons voting in person present an approved photo identification before being provided a ballot. It also requires that voters submitting a mail-in ballot provide additional verification of their identity when completing their mail-in ballot.” – The Nevada Globe reported.
“We are thrilled but not surprised with the Nevada State Supreme Court’s decision,” said David Gibbs, Chairman of Repair the Vote. “This ruling is a triumph for democracy and the rule of law, in the face of desperate efforts by radical opponents of this reform to strip Nevada voters of the opportunity to make their voices heard on this issue. By implementing voter ID requirements, we are taking a crucial step towards safeguarding our elections and restoring public confidence in Nevada’s electoral process.”
“Now, we need 102,362 signatures by June 26 to get this on the 2024 ballot. At least 25,591 signatures must come from each of Nevada’s 4 congressional districts,” Keystone Corporation, a political advocacy group in Nevada said on X.

So this law will not be in effect this november.
that means that the state will rain ballots like confetti at election time for democrat operatives to pick up and cast.
The republicans are going to need every bit of the their current 10 point lead to make up for the fraud in Nevada.
Don’t worry, Marc. You can still wreak havoc in the signature-gathering phase or, last resort, counting the votes. For an attorney, you really have no respect for the legal system you serve.
In Michigan we passed a voter ID law some 17 years ago, if I recall Indiana joined the lawsuit also, as predicted it was no big deal.
Michigan voted for Trump the first time for 2016, and then we all went to bed knowing Trump won the state again in 2020 and of course the election. But the next morning was a shocker as we all found out that Jao Bai-din had won. The rats were busy boarding up the ‘voting’ building in downtown Detroit where a mysterious ballot drop swung the election in the middle of the night. There was no audit, no chain of command of the mysterious ballots etc. The election was stolen.

We are starting the same citizen’s initiative here in Maine, but we need 70,000 minimum (really need to 100,000), but they do not have to be from specific counties or congressional districts like Nevada.
Voter ID for ME is a grassroots citizen-led initiative to implement Voter ID in Maine. The Maine legislature has repeatedly refused to strengthen our elections via legislation like Voter ID. We, the citizens, can do what the legislature will not and take the question directly to Maine voters at the ballot box, thanks to our 1st amendment right to petition our government.

We will have people at the polls at our June Primary to start the signature collection. I assume we will need to again be at the November election to finish the job.
