US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin will undergo a “minimally invasive” and “non surgical” procedure at Walter Reed Medical Center on Friday night, Pentagon spokesman Major Gen. Patrick Ryder said on Friday. He will transfer his authorities temporarily to his deputy, Kathleen Hicks, Ryder said.
The procedure is related to a bladder issue Austin suffered as a result of a surgery he underwent to treat prostate cancer earlier this year.

This is the same clown who went AWOL for an earlier procedure. He lied and told nobody of his condition.
So, the procedure is both minimally invasive, but still
non surgical? Yeah, right. At least this time. he’s not just disappearing into the rhetorical mist.
Are they going to attempt to surgically remove his head from his rectum?

Austin never struck me as having the stomach for the level of eager destruction and hatred of the USA as the pack he runs with. It’s killing him, apparently. He looks unwell, gravely depressed and comparatively thin to hos former self.
Guess he liked the money, or fell under coercion?
Those injuries from the missile attack in Ukraine must have been worse than originally believed.

These things happen to all of us. At least this time he is letting someone know about it. Sheesh.
My husband had prostate cancer about three years ago and had his prostate removed. He had to wear a catheter for two to three weeks post op to keep the bladder from exerting itself in the slightest. I don't remember the technical reasons anymore but the bladder and prostate have been side by side forever and when the prostate gets yanked the bladder has to "learn" how to get along without it.
The doctor said if you remove that catheter prematurely you risk lifelong incontinence.
Well it’s nice that this main who claims to have served in the military has finally discovered what the chain of command means.

I suspect that Austin will suddenly need to spend more time with the family.
