Two Major FAA Developments May 23, 2024
Update! Two major occurrences recently took place concerning the FAA and we wanted to update you about these important developments.
First, on May 16, 2024, FAA Inspector and whistleblower Bruce McGray filed a second addendum to his initial sworn declaration of safety violations and recommendations, originally submitted to the FAA in July 2022. This second addendum was delivered in writing to the FAA administrator Michael Whitaker, and to the Office of the Inspector General for the US Department of Transportation.
In this addendum, Inspector McGray reminds the FAA that his duty as an inspector is to report issues that affect public safety. He has, for almost two years, brought to their attention evidence that the mandated mRNA shots called “vaccines” have harmed some flight crewmembers that received the shots, significantly affecting flight safety. His addendum calls for the immediate prohibition of mRNA shots being administered to any person required to hold an FAA medical certificate. The addendum also calls for compulsory screening of all crewmembers that hold medical certificates who have been “vaxxed”. It also calls for amnesty for crewmembers who either voluntarily report medical issues or fail screenings. You can download a copy of the addendum here.
Second, in a stunning letter of announcement and without providing any reason, the FAA Aeromedical Office, under the leadership of Dr. Susan E. Northrup, declared the FAA will not investigate safety lapses and unlawful interference in pilot medical certification and responsibility. This announcement came in response to a major US airline whistleblower captain, who, in a report, provided the FAA with irrefutable evidence of pilot medical certification violations and policies that place public safety at risk. Donate Now! FAA executive-level incompetence including the Administrator, the head of Air Traffic and Northrup among others, should come as no surprise. Recent aviation incidents and failures at the manufacturer, Air Traffic Control, and airline level are a mere reflection of such failures. The FAA senior executives admit there has been a reduction in required qualifications for new employees. As one example, the administrator terminated the ATC aptitude test in 2014. We are closer to an aviation mishap than any other time in recent history due to less qualified Air Traffic Controllers, and the FAA has completely failed in the certification of both the Boeing 737 MAX, and the Boeing 787. Two Boeing engineer whistleblowers have died under suspicious circumstances in conjunction with coming forward to testify on these failures.
In the end however, passengers are left in the capable hands of airline pilots and the following quote shows the truth about medical responsibility. This recent FAA medical certificate reissuance to a damaged pilot commands him: “You are cautioned to abide by Title 14 of the CFR’s, Section 61.53, relating to operations during medical deficiency…. Because of your history of possible vaccine induced Myocarditis…”
The medical certification team demonstrates here that only the pilot is responsible for their health under 14 CFR 61.53. Only the pilot must manage his or her medical health decisions. No company or federal agency can interfere with pilot decisions that directly impact their health and the safety of the public in the National Airspace System. The Covid shot mandate and abuses by several airlines completely violated this critical medical requirement and interfered in Flight Crewmember duties in violation of 14 CFR 91.11.
With this announcement, the FAA has demonstrated their unwillingness to protect the very medical standard the agency prescribes for pilot certification. By willingly choosing to “take no further action at this time” they fail to understand they abandoned their responsibility for aviation safety as imposed upon them by the Federal Aviation Act of 1958.
The FAA states that it will not investigate the dangers of an air carrier's interference with the medical responsibility imposed upon pilots under the law. In effect, this refusal also amounts to a refusal to investigate the damaged, disabled, and deceased airline pilots due to the forced treatment, and the actions taken by airlines – The Federal Aviation Administration, in effect, has abdicated their 49 USC 44701 responsibility to aviation safety.
As a result, the whistleblower captain is in consultation with legal counsel to explore the next steps, including a Writ of Mandamus compelling the FAA to perform its duties as imposed upon it by the law.
We must put more pressure on the FAA to act! US Freedom Flyers will be sending out a suggested call to action soon.

Yet many still refuse to acknowledge this reality, which is exactly why people are refusing to awaken to the fact that these conspiracies are real. They are not the ramblings of people who are short a few marbles.
? Wake up people. These mRNA shots are just one facet of the conspiracy the larger conspiracy that is trying to be executed.
There is a real conspiracy to radically reduce the population by eliminating what the elites consider are useless eaters, because these people were unable to rise to elite status, or the are sickly, they are old, they are too small, too stupid, or whatever they determine rate them as useless, but the number they desire to return to is really the main goal. That number appears to be around 500 million to 2-3 billion or so.
They also want to secure themselves from the masses, who are armed & dangerous & threaten their security, potentially, and they want to remove that potential so that they can eliminate you at will, and will face no recrimination for doing so.
The elites will control everything, and their wealth & power will pass down to their progeny, while all others will own nothing, which they claim will make these people happy.
This is not some hysterical people saying this, this is what they (WEF/UN/Elites) are saying. Do the research yourself, do not take my word for it, by looking into the WEF, read UN Documents like The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, listen to what elites like Bill Gates speak about, and go from there.

The “ scary” part is the reported rise of cockpit deaths and incapacitations…..all fine and dandy, but now with hardened sterile cockpits, what happens when “ the holes in the cheese lines up”? …both pilot and co-pilot are incapacitated ( due to the MRNA side effects)?
The lawsuit is filed by a commercial airline pilot, who knows exactly what is happening to his fellow flt crew members….and yes I have talked to a SW pilot, he has the same concerns.
