My wife does this every now and then. She will buy 3 coconuts, take them into the woods, yell at everything that aggrieves her and then smash the coconuts. It makes her feel good so I just stand back, shake my head and move on.

“PMS club”

“Poor Me Syndrome” is real because their expectations have been chronically unrealistic since the ‘90s or earlier. We only know about these ‘stick chicks’ because of the internet, social media and cell phones. Boo-hoo!...Do your crying in the bedroom or bathroom, fix your face, get on with your lives and try to be useful to society for a change.

I have more hostas than I know what to do with right now. The last time I divided them, I literally used a saw. You can’t kill the things.

Why do women do this?
Because men don’t

I have several astilbe that are doing fine. I’ll see if I can find woodland hyacinths anywhere. It’s a very shady spot. Those would be perfect there. Thank you!

I would NEVER hit him, but I DO yell at the Mule a lot. He’s as unruly and stubborn as I am; we are currently at a stalemate.

However, he melts into a puddle of goo when he sees my Mom. He is absolutely IN LOVE with her. :)

New Million Dollar Idea: ‘Come Yell at a Mule! $50.00 for 15 minutes. By appointment only.’

I also planted trillium. I got them from American Meadows, IIRC.

I planted them two years ago and saw nothing and thought they had died.

This year, they ALL came up and about half flowered. I also found some wild trillium on our property, but have no intention of moving it. It’s going to stay were it is and do it’s native planted thing.

These women don’t have enough outlet for all their energy.

If they actually worked the land for a while with us, they wouldn’t have the inclination to be such malcontents. They’d be too tired.

I have two native trillium that have come up. I’ll be doing the same thing with them. Let them do their native thing.

Long term effects are yet to be observed, but I’d guess, not much help and maybe net negative. Maybe nothing. Rage is a physiologic state over and above mere anger, and best left unprovoked.
