The way this judge has been ruling for the prosecution there’s no way Trump should have testified.

I've long believed he would be convicted, no matter what and then win on appeal. I'm now leaning to, in order:

Mistrial/hung jury

Not Guilty

Directed verdict

Smart move by Trump’s attorneys. These amoral prosecutors would claim that whatever Trump said under oath was a lie and would immediately indict him for perjury.

The verdict was ordered months ago. This is a show trial, Trump will be declared guilty, and thrown in prison. Merchan is a demon with orders from Satan’s pals in the democrat party. Prepare accordingly.

There should be a petition signed by lawyers, DAs and other legal beagals saying that that trial was a sham. It would be better than the lying “intellegence” agents who said the laptop was Russian disinformation.

Then Trump could point to that petition when accused of being a “convicted felon”.

Hey, Merchan, you are making Donald Trump stronger in the eyes of the public every day. Go ahead and put him in jail. Convict him unfairly. I can’t wait to vote for him…no matter what you do.

Juries notice when someone who claims they want to testify at trial doesn’t do so. They also make judgements about the witnesses and their honesty.

Cohen claimed he was being truthful after his “come to Jesus” moment in prison.

Costello came across as a witness hostile to not only the prosecution, but the court itself. That seldom plays well with jurors.

The analysis that the corrupt judge’s statement will be in the juror’s minds as they leave today, after they felt close to the judge all along is infuriating. That judge is so evil it is almost beyond belief.

May God protect Donald Trump and his supporters.
