His reputation amongst all libs will be enhanced by this trial. However, if he has aspirations outside outside of liberal la-la land - that could be a problem.
As I said above. He doesn’t care. This is about election interference. The entire objective is to allow the Democrats to say “Trump is a convicted felon” during the campaign. It does not matter if that verdict gets overturned on dozens of good grounds after the campaign. The objective will still have been met.
