Fireworks and another Cohen meltdown yesterday.
Let me correct my last comment. Any juror that stops a conviction (hung jury included) will have their life totally destroyed.
I tried to register at predictit but registration didn’t work. I went to their website but didn’t see anything about the trial.
I don’t know but other posters say it’s pretty good.
Let me know if you find a link that works.
Sorry, I don’t know what kind of links you’re referring to. Betting links?
Afternoon session begins in about a minute. May get ruling on judge if there is a direct verdict.
Still don’t know what second crime is. Perhaps judge will enlighten us.
I just read the prosecution called 20 witnesses and defense called only two. Wow. Only two.
Judge has filings he has received regarding jury instruction.
And both were restricted in their responses to jury.
I wish they would have recalled Daniels and asked her about that interview with Bill Maher where she says it was nice evening, Trump didn’t threaten her, she wasn’t afraid, he didn’t try and block her from leaving.
How did they miss this????
Yes, if the bet is the verdict or mistrial.
OMG one of the crimes may be paying too many taxes...according to Bryon York. He mention two other possibilities, way left field stuff I can’t even understand but one was election law that they have NO standing in.
Sure hope someone is keeping tabs on jurist... Like any of them buying a new Tessler.
Defense wants “willfully “ be added twice.
Bove says there is no other illegal conspiracy.
I know nothing about betting websites so I wouldn’t even know where to start. Sorry. You would have as much or more luck at finding it than I would.
I heard speculation that the judge might tell the jury to not put too much emphasis on the other crime?
I thought if there was no other crime then the misdemeanors must be thrown out as past the statute of limitations. How can a jury even consider the lesser charge? Isn't it an all or nothing case here?

Hung jury is the most likely outcome, but acquittal from a Manhattan jury is remotely unlikely.
VERY optimistically spit-balling here....what if they all vote “Not Guilty”?
What do you think that’s gonna tell the DemComs about taking things a bit too far, and that they may all be toast come November?
