The same day the Biden administration and European Union offered their condolences over the death of Iran’s Ebrahim Raisi, the “Butcher of Tehran,” the chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Karim Khan, sought the arrest of Benjamin Netanyahu and other Israeli war council members over imaginary war crimes.
The first question we need to ask is: Karim Khan and what army?
It’s not worth taking a deep dive into the intricacies of law and war, because Hamas does not recognize any moral or legal restrictions on warfare and the International Criminal Court has no real jurisdiction over anyone, anyway. Khan says, “Nobody is above the law.” But there is no such thing as international law. The term is a contradiction and a fantasy. Law is a system of rules regulating citizens — in our case, with the consent of the governed — and is overseen with due process and enforced with penalties. Americans do not recognize any international government, so there can’t be “international law.”
Though we occasionally enter treaties with other nations — neither the U.S. nor Israel signed onto the ICC agreement in 2002 — the ultimate authority that governs us is the Constitution. We do not recognize the ability of illiberal European institutions to punish our citizens, and neither does Israel.
None of that is to mention that the ICC is an enemy of the Jewish State masquerading as a court. Just read the indictment.
To begin with, the ICC draws a moral equivalence between the actions of Israel and Hamas. Need it be repeated, Hamas — which even the EU designates as a terrorist organization — targets civilians, women, and children for murder and rape and torture...

None. This is a head fake by the ICC. They indict all the leaders of Hamas, and Netanyahu. Less than a day later Biden heroically comes out and says it’s unacceptable to arrest Netanyahu. It all gets dropped. ICC claims that is why Hamas leaders cannot be prosecuted.
Netanyahu was a poison pill to protect them from prosecuting Hamas.
Well, now I guess both Vladimir Putin and Benjamin Netanyahu can’t travel to any but the most friendly nations.
That is the question.
Makes sense.
The same one you were cheering on to arrest Putin. Putin, Bibi, not a dimes difference.
Every country that agreed to be a party of the ICC would have a duty to execute ICC arrest warrants I believe.
Every country that is a party to the Geneva Conventions would probably have a duty to arrest war criminals.
In theory, rogue IDF people could arrest Netanyahu and turn him over to the ICC.
Netanyahu may have no worries now, but he may be limited where he can travel in future.
“there is no such thing as international law.”
The millions of invaders getting welfare funded by your hard work know the benefits to them of the Refugee Convention.
“Less than a day later Biden heroically comes out and says it’s unacceptable to arrest Netanyahu.”
Joe might find himself in the dock.
What army will arrest bibi ?
The same army that will arrest Putin. None !
By the way bibi will be visiting USA and nothing will be done. Slap in the face to icc
Bibi will need to live out his retirement in Israel , even before this icc ruling he wasn’t going anywhere anyhow, so this makes no difference.
Israel should declare the ICC as enemies of the state and hunt them all down.
I’ve been (mis) quoting Stalin for a few days now:
“How many Divisions Has the ICC?”.....
in a few places where I have posted that I get death wishes because I am “a lying zionist jew pig:”.
Somebody in The Hague is doing a fine job replacing Jack Smith, if that’s really his name...
Karim Khan is a hanger-on of little independent judgement.
