The prosecution’s 'star witness' Michael Cohen is back on the stand for a third day, as the court waits with bated breath to find out whether former President Donald Trump could testify himself.
He finally admitted under oath that he stole $60,000 from the Trump Organization by ‘grossing up’ payments for tax. Donald Trump was seen shaking his head as his former ‘fixer’ made the revelation, confirming he’s a common thief.
Cohen also dramatically revealed that he dealt with an apparent photo ‘extortion’ blackmail attempt involving the ex-president’s daughter, Tiffany.
Cohen admits he was handling Tiffany Trump ‘blackmail’ Blanche continues to press Cohen on other matters he was dealing with that coincided with the Stormy Daniels payoff.

The longer this circus goes on, the more slimy Cohen becomes. Admitting he stole thousands from Trump would get him shot in the head if he was dealing with the mafia.

I'm on Yahoo! for my mail and sometimes comment on their articles (when they let me, they heavily censor) and the BidenBots are out in force saying Trump did everything in the world. he lied, he directed an insurrection, he stole classified material, paid hush money (is that even a crime?), and of course election interference. They read the headlines, watch Colbert and vote like sheep.
He doesn't care about his reputation, he can retire in luxury when this case is over, regardless of the outcome.

Seriously? Credibility of witnesses is an issue for the jury. The jury is entitled to believe that Michael Cohen is telling the truth about Trump even if he lied about every other single thing in the courtroom.
The prosecution has introduced enough evidence so that the judge can hang his denial of the directed verdict or JNOV motions on credibility.
From Bragg’s viewpoint, it could not be better. He picked a jury that is likely to hear only “bad trump” and ignore that the speaker is a liar. As mendacious as Cohen was, he confirmed the biases of the NY jury. As long as you don’t make people have thoughts that are inconsistent with their Orange Mad Bad world view bias, you are regarded as trustworthy, even when you are obviously lying.
Very easily. They want a conviction. Doesn’t matter if it will be overturned on appeal, because that won’t happen until after the election.
The directive should be case dismissed, because prosecutors have proven nothing, not a ‘not guilty’.
