Hell this judge is strictly limiting the defenses expert witness on election law even though he is considered the very best in that area of law.

Checked out the thread on 60 K.and an interesting tidbit showed up. Defense wanted to submit email from Cohen former attorney ( Costello????) and judge did not permit evidence to be shown to jury.

Hung jury would mean a mistrial — it would be a huge win for Trump, probably the best outcome (short of acquittal, not gonna happen with a Manhattan jury), and the chances of a retrial before the elections nil.

Another possibility is misdemeanor conviction — not felonious. Hardline anti-Trumpers not likely to go along. I’m betting it’s a hung jury.
