Do jurors typically discuss a case among themselves during a trial or do they only start once they begin deliberation?
Pretty much a wow. Hard to believe the judge would badger the witness. Although, since it’s Merchan, it’s not THAT hard to believe.
Has anyone seen “The Verdict”, starring Paul Newman? Trump’s best hope now is that the jurors will react in a similar way to a similar situation, as the jurors did in that movie.
This is why we should never have any foreign born person in an office such as judgeship or any elected office. They lack an understanding and appreciation of American culture, history, etc.

Right. Costello testified to Congress that Cohen told him Trump didn’t know what was going on and no crime.
So Judge refuses to allow this witness.
