The Israeli mission will dwindle and go into the mopping up phase so fewer protests against them to incite the Leftists in the US.
Students are out of school for the summer so no new tents and campus building protests since they’re at their parents’ houses smoking dope and watching TV and eating Cheetos now.
Trump may be convicted and threatened with prison resulting in competing protests in the streets but Biden can just send troops to quell the white supremacist anti-Democracy terrorists and look like a bold hero with fine leadership qualities.

A) The IC thinks they can control him this time - no more foreign policy freelancing as he attempted with North Korea. They may believe Trump will be so grateful just to get the job back and restore his legacy that he will do as he is told from now on.
B) Biden's dementia has proven to be too much of a liability on the world stage. Biden has cost the USA respect the IC still needs to advance its plans.
C) The IC wants to blame MAGA populism for an upcoming and unavoidable economic crash.
Otherwise, they can just stick with empty shell Joe for a while longer.
