Six of the migrants charged in connection to the vicious attack on two NYPD officers in Times Square were offered plea deals Tuesday as a Manhattan judge revealed that one of the accused cop-beaters was arrested again while out on bail.
Yohenry Brito, 24 — who was remanded after his initial arrest — was nabbed last week for petit larceny after an activist Brooklyn priest posted his $15,000 cash bail in February, Judge Laura Wood said in Manhattan Criminal Court on Tuesday.
“I am furious that Mr. Brito was rearrested and charged with petty larceny while he was out on this case,” Wood fumed as she warned that another slipup would land him behind bars.
“I am very tempted right now to put you in jail. I am telling you right now, if I learn you are rearrested for anything at all between now and this case being finished, I will order a warrant and I will place bail so high, you will not get out,” she continued.
“If you jaywalk, if you jump a turnstile, if you do anything at all and I have to issue a warrant, you will not see the light of day until this case is over,” Wood declared.

who knows.....maybe Venezuelan. They lie like anything. One news report said the men provided fake names to a church group that arranged for bus tickets from mexico to NY as part of a migrant resettlement program.
The NYPD doesn’t have plans to immediately track the men down, as they were due back in court for a hearing. If they don’t show, a bench warrant will be issued for their arrest.
When are the deportation hearings?
EC
Are they not being deported? WTF?
Thanks for saving me saying it again.
Had to grimly laugh when a Fox panel had the line on the bottom “Americans Losing Faith In Justice System.”
When that old ship sailed ticket holders were getting their new mullet haircuts.
Thanks for posting these pictures.
Harris Faulkner on her Fox show (and I hope others later)
showed repeat loops of the officers getting kicked and punched while they were down.
That is great to show because it gets some people riled up to be about 25% as angry as I am. A start.
