I’m think that its only the VP that cannot be from the same state but I’m not 100% sure.

Yes, the Constitution explicitly states that the President and Vice President must be from different states.............

They can be from the same state but the electors of that state can only for one of them. For example they could vote for the Prez candidate but not the Vprez or vice versa. People tend to forget that Vice-president is a separate office and is voted for separately by the electors. In our circus-like carny-style vote-for-Prom-King\Queen popular vote election we forget that! Far from what the Founders wanted!
