1 in 5 Democrats may not vote for Biden's re-election.
New polling from the Florida Chamber of Commerce suggests that Democrats are guilty of wishful thinking when they say Florida’s too close to call in November.
To the contrary, former President Donald Trump is set up for a decisive win in the Sunshine State, according to a phone survey of 609 registered voters: 223 Democrats, 256 Republicans and 130 others.
In a two-man race, Trump leads Joe Biden 51% to 42%, with just 79% of registered Democrats saying they’ll vote for him.
Trump, despite his legal woes and controversies during his presidency and up until the present day, has 89% support among Republicans, an especially potent bloc in what is now an R+7 state in terms of voter registration.
Hispanics are ready for a change at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue as well, with 58% wanting to get the man from Mar-a-Lago a second term.
Meanwhile, independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy, who has been taking fire from the campaigns of both the former President and the current occupant of the White House, is a wash when it comes to which of the two major candidates he hurts the most.
“While Kennedy would currently win 10% of the vote in Florida according to the Florida Chamber’s poll, this support comes evenly from both main party candidates as Donald Trump retains a nine-point advantage over Joe Biden in a three-way ballot, 46-37%,” the polling memo asserts.
This polling tracks with Five Thirty Eight’s average of the race, which shows a nearly 10-point Trump lead in the state, which he’s carried in the last two Presidential Election cycles.
Joe Biden's spending policies causing inflation is harming the Hispanics because they're mostly middle class. Plus they're not fond of the woke crap coming from the Biden Administration.
Well, okay, but considering all the conservatives who are supposed to have relocated to Florida in recent years, if Trump weren’t far ahead of Dementia Joe in that state, we’d have a real problem.
You are 100% right about that. Also do not forget Iowa. Even Bush in the 1988 landslide lost it, and now it is solid R. Unfortunately, Virginia has slipped from the R column, and Georgia looks tenuous. If we can bring those back, we would be all set.
Also, Missouri used to be the quintessential battleground state, but is now deep Red.
Then in 2004 it was Ohio, Ohio, Ohio.
Wow...Florida is starting to vote like Texas....with a 10 point advantage for the GOP.
Its not purple anymore.
Trump by every metric should cruise to victory...
Biden is in the tank, the economy is in the tank....
However, that doesn’t mean anyone should let up.
They are going to do anything and everything to get a conviction against Trump... doesn’t matter if its crap or overturned on appeal or thrown out later, they will do whatever it takes to get it...
I believe Trump will win heartily this fall, but you better believe I am not letting my foot come off hte gas for even a second....
We have to have Trump not only win, but absolutely CRUSH Biden, the establishment has already proven a modest win they will cheat away from him and nothing will happen, we have to literally ensure this victory is so massive there is no way they can cheat their way over it.
It would be logical to run a poll of Trump vs. Harris, given the low probability that Biden will be the actual candidate. But none of the big polling outfits would dare do it, because the results would be terrifying to their benefactors.
Tim Russert was a towering giant compared to the frauds at NBC that now sit in his place.
Which media outlet will call Florida for Biden while the panhandle is still voting (probably about 80% for Trump) this time?
Maybe the Dems are prepping the voting public to replace Biden with RFK.
“While Kennedy would currently win 10% of the vote in Florida according to the Florida Chamber’s poll...”
Sure thing and we have a lovely old bridge in Brooklyn we can sell at a bargain price to anyone who comes forward to say they believe this steaming pile of garbage.
“Chamber” has become a synonym for quisling.
