Anyone who prefers Gabbard over Noem needs to have their conservative credentials scrutinized closely.
Noem is not a conservative. Well, she should be booted because she shot her puppy because it wouldn’t hunt and killed her goat because it stunk. BTW, did she eat either? Maybe she fits in with Obama, but not with any respectable conservatives I know or have ever met.
