I am convinced that most (though probably not all) countries can easily have a thriving economy. Milei is doing it in Argentina, Trump did it here — it just doesn’t seem all that hard. But the Ruling Class doesn’t want that. They want to stay rich and powerful and they want most people to be poor, fearful and desperate. Look at the RINOs in the US. They have reasons for doing what they do, and they are not driven by patriotism and love of the American people.

Time for a color revolution. I wonder if he’s prepared for it.

Well, now Trump knows who to tap as his Secretary of the Treasury. This is one potential migrant I wouldn’t mind breaking into the country. Bukele of El Salvador too as AG

Yeah. When USAID and Open Society NGOs start showing up, you know exactly what is going on.

It would be awesome to see Argentina succeed. That country was well off 100 or so years ago, until the Peronistas and the like came along.

Got to set up some kind of excuse for economic reform not being the reason for improving conditions.

Next up - why shale gas should be banned because... something.

"But the Ruling Class doesn’t want that."

Of which a large number produce nothing.

Worship of big government is what ruins a country.

They’ll find a way to waste any gains from this.

They always do.

Great place to visit though. Steaks and wine to die for.

It’s mind boggling how quickly one can turn the fortunes of a nation when there is some semblance of integrity in the areas of fiscal and monetary policy and oversight.

Sadly for us, the fraud, grift and money laundering of taxpayer funds through Ukraine will fund Trump’s adversaries here and abroad for the next decade at least.

My buddy said the Palermo district of Buenos Aries is the hot place to live.
Steaks have gotta be a whole lot cheaper. Think the Pampas.

If he’s done so much so fast perhaps Trump as POTUS could do the same but we have too much tolerance for the leftists amongst us when they get outta line.

South America is very rich in natural resources. there is NO reason whatsoever that they should be economically depressed.

That leaves the only explanation being corrupt government management.

Time for a color revolution. I wonder if he’s prepared for it.

I think he's safe. He's doing enough to keep the US deep-state happy. He's promoting US dollar use, he's investigating corrupt deals Kirchner did with the Chinese. One particular outrage was she and her cronies literally sold China a military base, which was declared sovereign Chinese territory, on which China built a satellite and missile-tracking station to cover the South Pole!

We'll see how he deals with Western foreign-controlled NGOs and Globohomo within Argentina, but it seems Milei is pretty open to all.

It IS? What does that mean, the so-called men there gave up and rather waste their lives on sportsball and lifted trucks and the permanent debt that goes along with such a depreciating asset while illegal aliens take over the area? Wow, that’s crazy…

They have reasons for doing what they do, and they are not driven by patriotism and love of the American people.

When the FBI was ran by J. Edgar Hoover, it was said they kept files on every member of Congress and every Senator.

The FBI always got what it wanted because every congressmen was under threat of arrest and prosecution by this blackmail scheme.

I think that practice has continued to the present day, and that Republicans get sent to congress with proper intentions, but are quickly threatened, intimidated and blackmailed into doing what the Deep State wants done.

We see how corrupt the FBI is regarding Trump, so it takes little imagination to realize if they will do it to him, they will do it to every single member of congress.

I suspect that is what is going on here.

IMHO RINOS do what they do because they are compromised. I would NOT be surprised to find out that 2/3 of Congress are being blackmailed by somebody or some three letter agency. Meaning, they are being told how to vote.

The others like AOC & Squad are true believers in the cause.

This leaves very few Senators and Congress critters that actually vote for whats in the best interest of the country or at least their state or district.

Ninety percent are lobbied to vote the way their benefactors want them to vote. It all about campaign contributions to get them elected again.
