Sort of true. They will weigh in on that as well, but it hardly matters. My best guess is they rule partially for Trump and allow the trial to continue.

It's dead for a lot more reasons than that.

Like every single one of the lawfare trials, it's like claiming jaywalking on a dirt country road with no traffic is akin to murder. That's how stupid they all are, and that's how it's going for each one as they play out and will for the J6 trial as well.

It's also now impossible for the trial to be had before the election, there is just not enough time. They brought the stupid charges up too late.

It's looking like the prosecutors are going to be in trouble before Trump will.

Gorsuch laid out the likely verdict of selective and malicious prosecution in his questioning, so even if Trump loses the election, nothing will happen in the long run. If he wins it will be dismissed and stopped post election.

This smacks of an insurrection planned on keeping a former President from running for office again. Jack Smith, the FBI people involved in the raids, and those at the DOJ and FBI that sent them there to Mar a Lago should be tried, convicted and sentenced in federal court for treason where the death penalty could be applied.

First of all, if this was a serious investigation, and the search at Mar-a-lago took place to procure actual evidence, this photo never should have been released to the media by the FBI. The reason it was released, was because the scene was staged. I wondered about the chain of custody log, and what it contained. Whoever was responsible for control and supervision of that search needs to be criminally charged, as well as the individuals who colluded to stage this scene. The order probably came right out of Christopher Wray's office. Snag his lying arse too. No wonder the FBI wanted the cameras at Mar-a-lago turned off.

Jack Smith is Mike Nifong, the disgraced D.A. of Durham County, N.C., who colluded with the DNA lab to withhold exculpatory evidence, in an attempt to prosecute members of Duke's Lacrosse team for rape in 2006. Smith should be permanently disbarred, criminally charged, and thrown in prison. One would think that a Special Prosecutor appointed to oversee a Federal case would have made sure that the evidence he was bringing forth wasn't tainted, before charging President Trump with any crime. He's as much a criminal as Michael Cohen and Michael Avenatti. What did Merrick Garland, and Jack Smith know, and when did they know it?
