It’s disappointing to watch an increasing number of Republicans fall in line behind former president Donald Trump. This includes some of his fiercest detractors, such as U.S. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu and former U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr, who raised eyebrows during a recent interview by vowing to support the “Republican ticket.”
This mentality is dead wrong.
Yes, elections are a binary choice. Yes, serious questions linger about President Biden’s ability to serve until the age of 86. His progressive policies aren’t to conservatives’ liking.
But the GOP will never rebuild until we move on from the Trump era, leaving conservative (but not angry) Republicans like me no choice but to pull the lever for Biden. At the same time, we should work to elect GOP congressional majorities to block his second-term legislative agenda and provide a check and balance.

Guys like this are why the GOP is so useless. There is no “moving on” from Trump - whatever your personal dislikes of the man are, “America First” is the only future the GOP has. Reactionaries like this guy Geoff Duncan prefer to sit quietly on the floor and wait for their Democrat masters to pat them on the head every now and then. They are sock puppets for the Democrats and they serve no one but themselves.

What a moron. The reason there IS a “Trump era” in the first place, is that the GOP long ago became useless and ineffective, completely ignoring or screwing their own constituents, and deserves to be torn down and rebuilt.
The media has lied about Trump.. And lied.. And lied.. They have painted a whole different person than the real Donald J Trump.
People are easily led.. They bought the lies about this man.
You know what the actual explanation is.. Some will understand.. Some will label it according to their beliefs.
This war we are in.. It isn’t just dems VS repubs. It’s good VS evil. And the evil minded hate Trump. He didn’t “do anything” they are accusing him of.. He came down the stairs and volunteered to serve the nation.
Some were in his corner.. Pleased. Some were not. The ‘were nots’ have gone crazy trying to get him out out of the picture. The anger and hate in all this, I have never seen before.
This is so serious, you have to realize what is going on. To be ignorant of who and what.. How do you fight? If the evil is unknown and never confronted, it has free leeway to destroy.
If you all are so sure of your abilities.. You know how to do it all..
There is good in people and there is bad in people. You know this. The bad that people do has a source. We have a government doing so much bad, to one person who they took an immediate hate against... They had control and he came along and they knew he had something that overruled their meager power.
Keeping this war in the spiritual realm.. The spirit realm is not visible, but we all have a spirit and it is who we are. If you can’t control the spirit good or evil.. You are a sitting duck being taken in with the anger and hate.. And so much more. Ignorance is not bliss.. It can take your joy and your peace.. Because control you think you have, you don’t have...
The corruption running rampant in the government.. The control they want.. Is being driven by the snake in the garden.. It’s been going on since then.. And every emotion experienced has a source.. Think.... Examine...

You are free to vote however you like, you are free to advocate for for who you like, however Republicans have held their primaries, and Trump is the chosen nominee, when the nominating process is done, Trump will have far more that 80% of all Republican primary votes cast... You clearly don’t like him, such is your prerogative. However, if you believe the overwhelming majority of republicans share your view, or that you are going to convince them to share your view, well, you are what we like call “stuck on stupid”.
You clearly are not driven by principle or reason, though you try very hard in this article to convince others you are, you are simply driven by dislike, disdain and hate. The very qualities you and others like to claim Trump markets in... Yet day after day, year after year, the only people I see espousing hate, and pitching it are the chronic TDS sufferers.

After Trump speaks at the Libertarian party convention he should ask ALL his supporters to join. If he is not the GOP AND the libertarian party candidate it would be a travesty.
