Hamas on Monday evening claimed to accept what it said was an Egyptian and Qatari ceasefire and hostage release proposal, but Israeli officials said the Hamas terms did not meet Israel’s essential demands.
“After Hamas agreed to the mediators’ proposal for a ceasefire, the ball is now in the court of Israeli occupation, whether it will agree to the ceasefire agreement or obstruct it,” a senior Hamas official told AFP, soon after the office of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh had announced its acceptance.
But soon after receiving the Hamas response, Israeli officials said the terms Hamas claimed to have accepted did not match those that Israel had approved.

This could have been done long ago. Most of the hostages and most of the 15,000 innocent Palestinian children would still be alive if this was done when only 10,000 innocent Palestinian civilians had been killed. How much retribution on civilians is enough?

I think if you modify this deal to include all the Israeli hostages, then listen to Hamas’s response. They will want their criminals back.
Hamas is full of sh*t... They always have been. They kill more Palestinians than they do Jews and they are racist and hateful. In the end, they can not exist and any world in which they do, is not a world where anybody Jew, Arab or Gentile would want to live. They are the essence of pure evil. The only reasonable outcome is their complete elimination. There can be no ceasefire... It’s like having a ceasefire with ISIS... It is impossible.

So much for the “hostages”. READ- do you? READ what Israel’s agreement was with Hamas which Hamas said... said, mind you, they “agreed” to... They are not the same, and hostages are not in the Hamas part of the agreement- that is to say what hostages they still have alive. Bibi had NOTHING to do with the decision by Hamas to NOT release hostages.

Hamas committed what would be an act of war but which is not so considered because Gaza and the West Bank are not legally at the level of state, despite their having some sort of quasi-statehood status.
Imagine this: the Mexican military with the government’s assent, for years shoots on average 80 rockets a month to US civilian territory and then one night invades and kill 46,400 civilians and takes 10,000 hostages back to Mexislxo

Tha hostages may already all be dead. I feel for them and their families, but this needs to be finished. Hamas must be eradicated, like the nest of vipers that they are. And the heads of the snake, in Qatar, need to be taken out, as well.
There can be no conciliation by Israel for what happened on Oct. 7.
