Big Brother needs to be removed from a lot of things....especially vehicles.
They have (and will continue to have) surveillance on every aspect of your life. YOU are being spied on every day of your life. This will continue as long as the infrastructure holds.

Yes, the feds need to be pretty much out of the loop on new vehicle regulations. They don’t much know what they are doing on the things that actually concern them. Some crap like this should do wonders for new vehicle sales. This garbage will still be on the vehicle when it is older, so that would make it less desirable on the used market also. Right now there are so many devices on many of the used cars that nobody wants or else they are not working. The potential used car buyer needs to be given a sheet listing all the devices on the particular vehicle or else he could end up with a lemon not of his own making.
