Judge is biding her time. This case is toast. She is allowing the prosecution to embarrass themselves further.

She can’t dump it too soon, the best place to keep this case is in her courtroom. Otherwise it will end up in the appeals court and risk getting the status quo, which isn’t good.

I agree...How did this even get caught...it’s called “due diligence” on the part of the defense.

I hope you're right, but sadly, I doubt it. Kangaroo Courts don't often rule in favor of the accused.

I think so too. The case is made of tissue paper but she doesn’t want to be characterized as acting like a political operator (though she will be anyway.)
