Commie Gov. Josh shapiro shutting down more businesses.
“There are certain procedures that must be followed in a civil contempt action”! Dream on there bub! He must believe we live in a republic or something................
A couple of tyrant about to lose their licenses to practice for abuse of power and illegal confinement?
No victim no crime.
There's a $3.65 charge for that. Even though PA is bragging about a huge budget surplus, they apparently can't afford this.
Sadly if you get a phone call saying a warrant has been issued for you and you had better pay up, NOW, it is a scam. So no wonder people would ignore any such things, even in the mail, from the authorities. So many advertisements come in disguised in a government style envelope today.
Government is not reason, it is not eloquence-it is force! Like fire it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master; never for a moment should it be left to irresponsible action.—George Washington.
Funny. NO ORIGINAL FUNDAMENTAL CRIME against the public was ever mentioned in this entire article.
Implied- but not stated- is some state vet inspection. But, you see, these are white male business men. Not illegal aliens or BLM rioters or favored sexual deviants.
This is more evidence of the administration’s order to target dairy farmers and cattle ranchers.
I hope someone is tracking all these cases.
Locally, I’d label it ‘rubber hose time’.
I sent a credit card payment to Pennsylvania a couple of months ago through the US postal service. It took two weeks to get there.
It's common knowledge that a lot of US mail is stolen in Filthadelphia.
I'm now having to make plans to avoid sending mail through that center of corruption and thievery.
Yes, ESPECIALLY in Pennsylvania.
see my post #29
"Ultrasound of cows to diagnose pregnancy is veterinary medicine. There are exemptions for farmers to do that and that's very important because there are a lot of farmers who do this on their own and have employees trained to do that. I have clients that do that and that is perfectly, perfectly legal. No farmer, or employee of a farm should be afraid of getting hauled off to jail for doing this."
Different source. Charges are for ignoring requests for information.
This is a turf war started by the Pennsylvania Board of Veterinary Medicine over whether or not ultrasounds on cows constitutes the practice of veterinary medicine.
Get this. An individual or his employee may do ultrasounds on his cattle, but he can’t contract with a company that specializes in bovine ultrasounds because that contractor would be illegally practicing vet medicine.
Regulatory overreach strikes again.
Filthadelphia is notorious for stolen US mail.
Courts are supposed to be a protector of the public against government abuse. But, instead, they have become an extended apparatus of the government.
Especially if you are facing an administrative actions, the court will not uphold a citizen’s rights, rather they are an enforcement agency of the government.
Ping...
Robert Barnes is one of the best lawyers in America. He is also currently representing Amish Farmer Amos Miller who Pennsylvania is trying to shut down in a move intended to end food freedom in America....ie handing over all of Agriculture to big business.
He’s also currently representing a woman who was fired for being a whistleblower on Pfizer’s bogus “testing” of their “vaccine” which has caused so many injuries and deaths.
He’s represented Wesley Snipes when the IRS tried to imprison him for a long time on bogus charges, the supposed “dog park Karen” in NYC, Amy Cooper who had all charges against her dismissed, The Covington Kids after the corporate media lied about them and smeared them, etc etc.
Post office union handled Pennsylvania ballots.. during the election fraud / steal . - look for the Union label.
They do ultrasounds for farm animals - cows in this instance. One of the state agencies claim this is “practicing veterinary medicine” (without a license).
This is of course, NOT considered to be practicing veterinary medicine. Its pretty common for farmers to have done to know if their cows are pregnant. Its not even a criminal statute - its civil. The court in this case could not issue a legal arrest warrant.
The suspicion is the the state agency is acting at the behest of some of the state’s veterinarians who would like to take over that business.
War on food ... Pennsylvania goes after farmers selling milk to their neighbors , too.
Maybe they were flying Trump flags and thus the authorities think no warrant is necessary.
