My opinion: Necheles doing a fantastic job showing just how much Stormy Daniels’ story has changed in her many times retelling her alleged sexual encounter with Donald Trump.

Stormy Daniels: I don’t recall exactly no.
Trump D: Are you saying you didn’t say that.
Stormy: I don’t remember not saying that.

Stormy deflecting saying it wasn’t dinner, said she would have “definitely mentioned the food cause I’m food motivated.”

Donald J. Trump has now reentered the courtroom. He looks resolute and pretty happy. Susan Necheles actually led first this time and as she walked in, looked around to Arthur Aidala, who gave her a big thumbs up; she smiled.
Stormy Daniels, now reentering the courtroom taking the stand followed by her attorneys who is seated behind the DA.
Judge Merchan has taken the bench. This morning he has not inserted himself notably like he had during other points in the trial.

JUST IN: An audio recording from 2018 between Michael Cohen and Stormy Daniels attorney Keith Davidson was played to attorneys and the Judge. In the recording Keith Davidson appeared to be threatening Cohen and Trump.
On the phone he claims Daniels publicist boyfriend is going to run with the story to the press, saying “I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if he comes out and says, you know what, Stormy Daniels, she wanted this money more than you can ever imagine. I remember hearing her on the phone saying, you f***ing Keith Davidson. You better settle this goddamn story. Because if he loses this election, and he’s going to lose, if he loses this election, we lose all f***ing leverage, this case is worth zero.”
We now have Daniels attorney admitting on a phone recording that Daniels was extorting the President. Will she be held accountable?
