Donald J. Trump has now reentered the courtroom. He looks resolute and pretty happy. Susan Necheles actually led first this time and as she walked in, looked around to Arthur Aidala, who gave her a big thumbs up; she smiled.
Stormy Daniels, now reentering the courtroom taking the stand followed by her attorneys who is seated behind the DA.
Judge Merchan has taken the bench. This morning he has not inserted himself notably like he had during other points in the trial.
The jury has not reenter.
The cross examination of Stormy Daniels by Susan Necheles, Donald J. Trump’s attorney, continues.
Trump D now getting back to the “Make America Horny Again” Tour.
Stormy saying she never created those posts, she was told to repost them.
Susan Necheles, Donald Trumps Attorney, submits a Stormy Daniels Instagram Post which says:
Stormy Daniels Make America Horny Again Tour, appearing February 24th.
Trump D now submitting another IG post of Stormy Daniels’ Make America Horny Again Tour.
Trump D: You were making money on this tour?
Stormy: That’s what you do on a tour?
Trump D: Going back to the golf tournament, Mr. Trump was the biggest celebrity at the course is that correct?
Stormy: It matters who you like.
Now Susan Necheles is going back to the door at the bedroom where the alleged sexual encounter happened.
Trump D: Did you testify that one of the reasons you did not leave is because you felt threatened by his bodyguard being outfront?
Stormy D: Absolutely.
Trump D quoting Stormy Daniels in Vogue 2018 story: Did you say that you never felt threatened at all during your alleged sexual encounter in this interview?
Stormy: I don’t control what parts of quotes they use.
Trump D now questioning if Stormy Daniels understands what he was indicted for.
Stormy Daniels: I’m not a lawyers
Trump D: But you were celebrating when President Trump was indicted weren’t you?
Stormy Daniel: There were a lot of indictments.
Susan Necheles asks to strike that from the record, Merchan declines.
Trump D: ISN’T IT TRUE THAT YOU NEVER HAD AN AFFAIR WITH DONALD TRUMP AND THAT’S WHY YOUR STORY HAS CHANGE TIME AND AGAIN?
Prosecution objects.
Judge Merchan sustains.
Attorneys approach the bench.
I’m not 100 percent certain, but it does not appear that Senator Rick Scott is back in the courtroom yet.
Attorney’s return, now the prosecution will question Stormy Daniels again.
