Biden is wielding the biggest club…federal lawsuits against local school districts. Local school districts are scared to death of getting hit with a massive DOJ lawsuit. Even if they win, the legal fees will kill them.
It comes down to Biden, Obama and Garland are pure evil.
Close down the sports programs, and the problem goes away.
This whole idea of having boys and girls compete separately in government-funded schools was inevitably going to face an inherent dilemma. There's simply no way to reconcile segregated sports programs with current U.S. civil rights law.
