Close down the sports programs, and the problem goes away.
This whole idea of having boys and girls compete separately in government-funded schools was inevitably going to face an inherent dilemma. There's simply no way to reconcile segregated sports programs with current U.S. civil rights law.
Just like there is NO way to reconcile murdering babies. There is a completely irreconcilable divide in America on lots of fronts.
