Columbia said negotiations between the school and protesters had ended
Columbia University has distributed a letter to members of the encampment on campus telling them to gather their belongings and leave the area by 2 p.m., saying if they identify themselves and sign a form "to abide by all University policies through June 30, 2025, or the date of the conferral of your degree, whichever is earlier, you will be eligible to complete the semester in good standing."
The school said it has "already identified many students in the encampment" and "if you do not identify yourself upon leaving and sign the form now, you will not be eligible to sign and complete the semester in good standing." The school warned it could take action up to suspension or expulsion if they do not leave the encampment.

When you consider that American Jews are more reliably leftist than any racial/ethnic group other than black people, I honestly DGAF if these losers and the school administrators burn the encampments and the entire campus to the ground.

The thing that amazes me is that the schools always legitimize these little idiots by negotiating with them and giving them standing. There should have always been a deadline to leave and if they didn’t leave they get arrested and expelled from school, end of story.
This will be a big choice.
When I went to college, I never skipped ONE class. Because I was paying for my own college (and still paying my student loans) I figured I’ll get the maximum value I am paying for. These idiot kids don’t understand that they are only cheating themselves. They also, despite being in an institution if higher leaning, didn’t attend the lecture on how actions have consequences. They think that they can act like fools and disrupt the university and have zero reprisals. Columbia is giving them two hours to break it up. A few will take them up on their offer, which I feel is far too nice and way too late.
We’ll find out at 2PM how many feel that protesting ism ore important than graduating. For what it’s worth, my position is that they all should have been expelled from college after one warning.

IMHO, its not even about Jews and their politics. I have no doubt there are more than a few secular jewish lib students in the Hamas camps, as there are also many leftist Jewish faculty and admin at all these universities.
Now some "conservatives" are suddenly in favor of using state-power to suppress these demonstrations and show "solidarity" with Jews or Israel. That's the hypocritical, neocon, fake-conservative position.
Its really about leftists and the violence and factionalism within their own ideology. IMHO they have campus police, let them deal with it themselves.

I think one thing missing from considering these protests is believing any of the protesters are capable of conscience, independent thought. I don’t think there is much happening between their two ears beyond what can be achieved by teachers and professors directing attention to popular Facebook posts. The bad ideas about power and authority granted by these academic environments have festered for so long they’ve become operative axioms from which all further thought becomes reflex.

I bet many are legacy admissions with whiny parents pushing them to get social credit in their liberal circle of life.No different then the gender confused parents destroying their children’s lives.
