American voters have learned to hold their nose’s and vote for who they get to choose from. I get a kick out of conservatives who refuse to vote for the candidate becuase of the running mate, or a couple of issues. Of course conservatives loose races exactly because of a single issue or a comment three months before the election. The Marxists unite and they don’t care if they are in a Big Tent with Pedifiles, Homosexuals, Racists, Student Marxists, Islamist’s, AntiSemites, etc., they vote for abortion and Satan. Either would describe the MAL event but I think "raid with a warrant" is more descriptive than either "search" or "raid." If I was addressing the court, I would use the word "search," but news articles and FR posts are not required to use a legal dictionary.
A "search" or "raid" can occur either with or without a warrant. Without a warrant, neither is likely to be legal, but apparently they found a judge that did sign a warrant.
Maybe you should not assume that DeSantis is infallible.
