The Gateway Pundit reported last month Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) filed a motion to vacate the chair and remove Mike Johnson as House Speaker thanks to his actions over the House Omnibus bill, which will fund the government until September 30.
Now, Jake Sherman of Punchbowl News has reported that Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) will co-sponsor MTG’s motion to vacate the chair.
What makes Massie’s support significant is the GOP only has a one-vote majority in the House thanks to the selfish early resignations by Kevin McCarthy (RINO-CA), Ken Buck (RINO-CO), and Mike Gallagher (RINO-WI) along with the stupid ousting of George Santos (R-NY). This means if every Democrat joined MTG and Massie in a motion to vacate, Johnson would be completely done as Speaker.

You probably are right.
I have two votes to cast: for Trump and Ted Cruz…that’s it.
Even worse, have the House declare Trump an insurrectionist so that according to the USSC ruling, he could be excluded from state ballots. I assume a declaration of that nature would only take a simple majority once introduced. With the narrow Republican majority, all it would take is a couple of RINOs to be bribed or extorted into voting with the Democrats or sitting out the vote and the majority vote is achieved.
He's been wrong on some issues but Mike Johnson is not going to do that. Jeffries would do that in a heartbeat. A rash move could bring about a disaster. If a person is convinced that Johnson has to go, wait until after the election when hopefully there will be a little more margin and Trump is in the White House. The only things keeping this country from Democrat domination and ultimate destruction of our country is a razor-thin majority in the House, the USSC, and the possibility of the return of Donald Trump. Don't risk losing two of them in the near future on a rash move.

Biden has shown that the power of the American presidency lies behind the throne, so for me this isn't an issue. The exception being Donald J Trump, hence the hate and Lawfare.

It is pretty clear from the FISA vote that the majority of republican congrescritters support the deep state more than American Citizens. As far as I’m concerned, the house could recess until November and we’d all be better off.
Speaker Johnson might as well call himself “Hakim” pushing more money for Ukraine carrying out Biden’s policy.

The Republicans hideously, stupidly ejected one member of their caucus because he was trying to act like the democrat hero, adam schiff. That is one less. The Republicans refused to eject adam schiff.
I heard Levin interview McCarthy like he was some kind of hero, but McCarthy resigned and that is one less. McCarthy stabbed the nation in the back and will get a money now or later.
Ken Buck resigned after being given a number to a foreign bank account and that is one less. Another one is waiting to resign passed a deadline so his seat will be vacant until next year and our little girlie-man speaker is letting him get away with it. That is another one less.
Jeffries will probably become Speaker shortly due to the treason of the three Republicans who quit and some who are being bought off just now.

No Republicans will control any lever of government. There will be lots of stuff pass between now and next January, and none of it will be helpful to us conservatives.

If true that speaker Johnson is calling for a Uke aid vote, then there’s no choice but to vacate the chair.
