I can’t help but wonder if this is one of the Constitutional thingies that talks about Congress declaring war, or if that was repealed after WWII.
Does Congress get to approve this police action, or does Biden already have full discretion to go to War whenever he wants?
Asking for a young person who is somewhat curious - the 1st and 4th Amendments are now disregarded, so I wonder about the declaration of war clause.
I know, I’m out of date...
You mention two of the Bill of Rights, why?
Today the US Constitution and none of the first ten amendments matter.
A government bureaucracy, some agency or department will decide what those rights are and explain them to you, no worries.
—Warrantless searches are OK.
—Censorship is OK.
—Mandatory vaccines are OK.
—Secret courts without a jury of your peers are OK.
—Holding people indefinitely without a court hearing is OK.
—Government controlling every aspect of your so called right to bear arms is OK.
Not sure where you come up with some silly idea that you have any rights?
***Name me ONE of the first ten amendments which has not been abridged by some government agency or department?***
We ceased to be a CONSTITUTIONAL Republic sometime between 1945 and 9/11/2001.
