North Korean leader Kim Jong Un said in a speech before his state's military academy that Pyongyang must be more ready for war than ever.
He based his warning on "the complicated international situation and the unsafe and unstable military and political situation around North Korea."
"If the enemy dares to attack North Korea, we will hit him without hesitation, making use of all available resources," Kim said.
In addition, he instructed his forces to be prepared with a "mental, ideological, moral, and tactical" advantage.

if anyone read the recent book, Nuclear War: a scenario the premise is that NK launches a ICBM from a mobile launcher at the Pentagon. Then a submarine launches at Diable Canyon Nuclear reactor. As a coup de grace it uses its war satellite to explode a “Super EMP” over the US.
In return the US launches some 82 missiles—some sub launched and others the Polar route from the US... Russia freaks out thinking those missiles going over its terrority are headed for Moscow...the President is on the forest floor somewhere in Pennslyvannia carbonized—So in the end Russia launches—next scene is some 24 thousand years later as the radiation finally clears— Nuclear Winter about destroyed life on the planet excpet for some very skinny natives in what remains of the Amazon Rain Forest...
What caused NK to launch? Who knows—but at one time I though atomic war was survivable—I don’t think so now. And even if I survive at this age of my life—where do I get blood pressure medications, etc...
No—the real path is No War... except in cases of extreme interest such as an attack on our homeland...and God forbid it ever reached even limited nuclear war...
