He’s robbing Peter to pay Paul. And when you have more ‘Pauls’ than ‘Peters’, it’s a winning strategy.

The scriptures warn about such things. Don’t take any part in bribery.

“And you shall take no bribe, for a bribe blinds the discerning and perverts the words of the righteous.” ~ Exodus 23:8

“And his sons walked not in his ways, but turned aside after lucre, and took bribes, and perverted judgment.” ~ 1 Samuel 8:3

Supreme Court says no.

And there is your impeachment, nothing to dig up, no witnesses, no drawn out hearings, no pointing fingers or firmly worded letters. He is breaking the Constitution rules and defying the Supreme Court. These are high crimes and misdemeanors.

Andrew Jackson did the same thing. And nothing happened to him.

My son and daughter paid their student loans back religiously. I think they are still paying on them, 20 years later.

This is totally unfair to all those people who have worked and paid off student loans.

So I joined the military to finish off my degrees. Two AS, One BS, and two MS later...I left debt-free, but at a personal cost. When can we, as taxpayers, expect to see the people with paid off loans get their service commitment letters? I’ll try not to hold my breath waiting.

I owe 57K on my mortgage. Of course, he’d probably pick and chose whose to pay off. Doubt anybody on here would be chosen.

Why should Texas OBEY the Supreme Court telling us we can’t arrest foreign freeloaders, rapists, thieves and murderers in Texas when the Pedo Man doesn’t OBEY them when they said buying diplomas for college deadbeat flunkies was unconstitutional?

That’s one thing missing in the entire discussion. Why colleges charge so much. Media crickets. If they would tell colleges no more then 10 grand a year per student, this would be more acceptable. Or use endowment to pay the loans off.

We have devolved to a dictatorship.

This alone, individually, should result in immediate impeachment of a POTUS. The right to spend money, forgive debt, is a Congressional right, not an executive. Joe Biden is admitting that we no longer have a Constitutional Republic under him.

Sadly, it also demonstrates that the new Speaker of the House is incompetent. If the Speaker cared about his nation, especially after the SCOTUS has ruled, they would immediately impeach Biden for this today.

How is this fair to those of us that put our children through college with no debt? I am working now on my fourth having already put 3 through college. This is just vote buying by the slug administration.

Yes, but colleges have become the political bullpen for Washington DC. The Beltway Brawlers.

Thank you for referencing that article Red Badger.

"Biden administration "Power of the purse House" to forgive $7.4 billion in student debt for another 277,000 borrowers [2nd this week]"

There! Fixed it.

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

The drafters of the Constitution gave the power of the purse uniquely to the House to prevent tyrant presidents from doing anything unilaterally. So forgiving student debt is the House's vote-buying evil imo, not Biden Administration's, as the corrupt media working in cahoots with the House evidently wants everybody to think.

All that Biden student loan forgiveness, and young voters are still going for Trump (4.10.24)

All that Biden is to the post-17th Amendment ratification Congress is a rubber-stamp president who passes all unconstitutional spending bills based on Congress's abuse of the 16th Amendment (direct taxes) that the clueless states haven't gotten around to repealing yet.

Democratic and Republican Trump-supporting patriots need to support hopeful Trump 47 with a new patriot Congress so that he won't be a lame duck president from the first day of his second term.

They charge so much BECAUSE THEY CAN!

All the government assistance programs only serve to subsidize college professors make well over six figure salaries, in many cases for nothing more than far-indoctrination.

The more the government gets involved, the more the colleges can charge. This Biden loan abdication program will only serve to put eve more upward pressure on college costs, not to mention increasing Bidenflation.

I agree with you—endowments should be used to reduce costs.

Let’s go, Brandon.

No nation can withstand financial implosion when economic policy is centered on debt, bribes, deceit, inflation (hidden tax), over-taxation and fraud as it's monetary policy. End central banks and return to the Constitution.

The debts are not really "forgiven". The banks are getting paid.

It is a wealth transfer from all of us to the banks.
