Former President Donald Trump is within single digits of President Joe Biden in blue New Jersey, the latest survey from Emerson College Polling/PIX11/the Hill found.
The survey asked respondents, “In a hypothetical 2024 Presidential match-up between Joe Biden and Donald Trump, who would you vote for at this time?”
Less than a majority, 46 percent, said they would vote for Biden, followed by 39 percent who said they would support Trump. This puts Biden’s lead in the single digits in New Jersey — a difference of seven percentage points between the two. Another 15 percent remained undecided.
Biden’s lead shrinks even further when third-party candidates are thrown into the mix. In that scenario, 41 percent support Biden, followed by 36 percent who support Trump — a difference of five percentage points. Independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. comes in third place with eight percent support, followed by one percent for Cornel West and one percent for Jill Stein. Another 14 percent remain undecided.

And Zeldin gave Hochul a horse race in NYS, which is as Blue a state as they come. That is a sure sign that Biden/Dems are not as popular as their fake vote results suggest.

Agree; I’m in Bergen and I can tell you there is overwhelming support here, and even in the inner cities for JDT. I keep asking him to rally at Liberty State Park in Jersey City, and speak directly to the inner cities, who btw are suffering most from Obidens policies. So many of us are sick of hearing that our state is always lost. Well it doesn’t have to be because the old RNC and the Rove’s of the country say so, they never let it happen. We can and should fight, instead of just falling down and saying it’s always all lost here. Jack Ciattarelli just today announced his candidacy for Governor; New Jersey people get out there and work hard for RED New Jersey.

Melania Trump is back, set to hold event for Log Cabin Republicans

Melania Trump, who has been largely absent from the campaign trail during her husband’s presidential run, is back on the GOP fundraising circuit.
The former first lady is set to hold her first major political event of the year — a fundraiser for the Log Cabin Republicans on April 20 at Mar-a-Lago, the Palm Beach, Florida, club where she and former president Donald Trump live, according to an invitation obtained by POLITICO.
Melania Trump has long maintained a close relationship with the Log Cabin Republicans, which describes itself as “ the nation’s largest Republican organization dedicated to representing LGBT conservatives and allies.” In 2021, she was the special guest at a dinner the organization hosted at Mar-a-Lago, where she was given an award. The former president himself spoke at an event the organization hosted at the club in 2022.
The April event is the launch for the organization’s “Road to Victory” program, which plans to target voters in swing states.
Last month, Melania Trump said “stay tuned” when asked by a reporter when she would return to the campaign trail. The ex-first lady made the remarks while attending, with her husband, a wake for a slain New York City police officer.
The host committee for the event includes Republican donors Saul Fox, Amanda Schumacher, Bill White, Bryan Eure and Richard Grenell, who had served as Trump’s ambassador to Germany and acting director of national intelligence. Also listed are Elizabeth Ailes, a former NBC News executive and the widow of the late Fox News chief executive officer Roger Ailes, and Deborah Magowan, the widow of the late San Francisco Giants owner Peter Magowan.

Wisconsin voters Tuesday approved a pair of GOP-backed constitutional amendments
that will change how elections are run in 2024’s critical battleground state.
<><>Question 1, will ban the use of private funds in election administration — AKA “Zuckerbucks.”
<><>Question 2, redefines those performing tasks in primaries, elections, and referendums.
Opponents had argued that the measures were based on unfounded conspiracy theories WRT Biden’s 2020 election win and that passing them would create obstacles to smoothly administer elections this fall where the results could help decide the presidential election, as well as the balance of power in the U.S. Senate.
Supporters said (a) the first measure would effectively ban election “dark money,”
and (b) the second helps to clarify and streamline election administration.
