Human Rights Watch said Thursday that an Israeli strike on an apartment building in Gaza City last October was an “apparent war crime,” citing no military rationale behind the attack after a months-long investigation.
The Oct. 31 strike killed at least 106 civilians, including 54 children, Human Rights Watch (HRW) said in its report.
The report “found no evidence of a military target in the vicinity of the building at the time of the Israeli attack, making the strike unlawfully indiscriminate under the laws of war,” the group said. “Israeli authorities have provided no justification for the attack.”
The findings come as the International Criminal Court continues its war crimes investigation into Israel, including a claim of genocide against Palestinians brought by South Africa. The court has not ruled on the genocide claim but has condemned the Israeli military’s conduct in the war.

Using a hospital to hide arms and conduct military operations from is a war crime. Using ambulances to tranasport fighters is a war crime. Shooting civilians who are trying to collect aid is a war crime. Of course, this Leftist organization’s eyes are closed to those war crimes because they are committed by the terrorists they support.
The war crime was when the raggedy people attacked innocent Israelis - non-combatant private citizens. As far as I’m concerned, the entire gang of Palestinians can be removed from the face of the earth.
Don’t start a fight that you can’t win. These Islamofascists did that. Bring on the Crusades II as far as I’m concerned.
I’d like to know where HRW got the data for its body count. All of the data coming out of Gaza from the MSM (Reuters, AP, WSJ, etc.) comes through reports from Hamas, which methinks, tend to be a tad biased. HRW doesn’t even bother to tell us where the data come from, but chances are it is largely inflated.

Bringing up Hiroshima and Nagasaki as if they were all that always amuses me. Ole Curt LeMay was doing fine at erasing Japanese cities, and large chunks of their civilian populations, using incendiaries and the B-29 fleet. Tokyo was effectively gone, as were many other cities. Hiroshima and Nagasaki were literally 2nd, if not 3rd, rate targets. That’s all that was left.
They went out in a spectacular way, don’t get me wrong. I get that. But most of the heavy lifting had already been done in taking out Japanese cities and production capacity.
Point being, whether it’s Dresden or the Blitz or Japan, thee are thousands of civilian casualties.
If you reside in Gaza, look to your left and right. Half of those you see are Hamas Combatants.
Is that the same group that says there is no evidence Biden took bribes?

These human rights watchers might have some credibility if they were totally honestly objective and equally despising of all and any violation…But I have every confidence that they aren’t…because they NEVER are.

It amazes me that half the people can only see the atrocities committed by Hamas. The other half can only see the atrocities committed by Israel.
