During Feb if 2018 it was lower than Trumps. Remember, we became net exporters under Obama. And the low prices didn’t come with a pandemic. And until COVID, prices under Trump were slowly escalating. Those 1.80 prices were during covid. When demand plummeted as well as output not only in the states but globally.
