Hubby just mentioned that, the SCOTUS loop hole they left, this morning ... about how Congress decides, and, not states (about names on ballots vs certification).
If they even try this ... well, it would be the most insane thing they’ve tried, to date.

Senator David Carlucci was on Mornings with Maria saying that this is a new time where a President can get reelected with negative numbers.
Maria then pointed out that Trump said that his first priority when choosing his VP is the person has to be ready to be President on day one in case something happens to him.
She then asked Senator Carlucci if being ready to be President was what Joe Biden’s priority was when he chose Harris..
He replied yes, Joe picked Harris because she could step in as President.
Thank God I had my coffee already. I feel like I lost brain cells watching that.

Absolutely.
I truly believe Ron DeSantis figures he can rehab his image and run in 2028. Its my takeaway from all the media and conservative actions he’s taken since leaving the Presidential race, he believes no one has memories and everyone is a cinch to fool. And why not. Look at what leads this party in DC.
Rudy is calling out my states criminal enterprise who is going after him, Christina Bobb, Tyler Bowyer and others in the latest “Communistic” prosecution of those who contested the AZ 2020 election.
It is an embarrassment to me.
Bannon says if we don’t win AZ we don’t win the election.
It was pointed out that Bobb is the RNC election integrity person and I know that Tyler is heading an effective AZ GOTV campaign.
Sound like election interference to me.

Well I live in Florida and his political future is still shakey at best. But with all his image PR and pro conservative legislation here of late, he might be able to fool enough stupid rank and file members that he really is conservative and not owned by the Bush wing of his party like his DC counterparts are.
The elites in the Republican party count on two thigs: stupidity and short memory.

That’s why actually I like his selection of Sally Miles as a chief of staff. She seems non-ideological, but driven only by winning. That was sort of the Lee Atwater approach, something I have thought was missing except for Bannon, who was too hyper for a sustained de-lousing campaign.
Trump needs a Berthier, whom I think he found in Miles.
But I sure wouldn't put it past them.
They cannot let Trump win.

It does seem that the (liberal) media always puts that smear on any highly accomplished conservative who they rightly deem to be a threat to them (their future).
