Somehow I don’t think he can supersede immigration law, or The Immigration Act passed by Congress. He could do it because nobody in the GOP has the balls to stop him. And then it would be challenged in court by some patriotic organization. The Supreme Court would likely overrule Joe’s order, but the tough part would be getting the Biden Administration to obey any court order whatsoever. They ignore court orders every day with impunity.
