The $464 million judgment “still stands” against former President Donald Trump, a spokesperson from New York Attorney General Letitia James’s office responded to Monday’s court ruling.

The five-panel New York appeals court ruled Trump could post a bond “in the amount of $175 million” to cover the judgment. The court also delayed enforcement of the $464 million judgment by ten days.

“The $464 million judgment — plus interest — against Donald Trump and the other defendants still stands,” the spokesperson said.

Of course it "still stands" pending the appeal. But....in order for Trump to even get into a courtroom for any appeal, he was expected to pay the entire fine plus interest.

What happened to the ability to resolve your grievances against the government?

When will this same appellate court sanction the Judge in this case for pooping all over the appellate court's ruling regarding the statute of limitations?

Will the appellate court throw the case out based on the Bill of Rights and disregard of the statute of limitations?

This is about much more than that. This is about a victimless crime. Not one bank has raised their hand and said...Trump deceived us. Banks are obligated to "due diligence".

Those fraud laws are for people who are actually deceived...who get little old ladies to take their savings out of the bank....and are never heard from again.

The fact that the supreme court stays on the sideline and doesn’t find a way to intervene and stop this bullshit tells you everything you need to know.

Judge Napolitano, familiar with the NY courts system, said it may take 6 years for all the appeals to run their course.
