Vice President Kamala Harris quickly rejected claims from Russian President Vladimir Putin that Ukraine could be involved with the terrorist attack that killed over 130 people at a Moscow concert hall on Saturday.
The U.S. government and Western allies said ISIS was responsible for the attack, the largest by the group in years and the deadliest in Moscow in over a decade.
“No, there is no, whatsoever, any evidence [of Ukraine involvement],” Harris said in an ABC interview with Rachel Scott on Sunday. “In fact, what we know to be the case is that ISIS-K is actually by all accounts responsible for what happened.”

My guess is that Putin may put a hit out on Victoria Nuland. She was probably behind the attack and resigned out of the picture.

Save it. Americans, even the CIA, don’t do this sort of thing. I want to see some real proof from a neutral source that Ukraine or the CIA had anything to do with it. It’s stupid because it plays into Putin’s hands so he can inflame the Russians in favor of his war. Plus, Russia has plenty of other enemies.
