Kremlin propagandist Margarita Simonyan has accused Western intelligence of "direct participation" in a massacre at a Moscow concert hall that has killed at least 115 people and left hundreds injured.
The Islamic State group has claimed responsibility for Friday night's attack on Crocus City Hall in which armed men entered and opened fire. The U.S., which had warned of an imminent terrorist attack this month, said that theory is credible.
However, in a post on Telegram and X, Simonyan, who is editor-in-chief of the RT channel and an ally of Vladimir Putin wrote: "Western intelligence agencies knew yesterday that the perpetrators were similar to ISIS. That's why they started feeding this version.

Regardless of who is responsible for the attack, it’s going to get spun as an attack on the Russian people by the west and do nothing but make an already bad situation worse.
ISIS - we hated and killed them in Aghanistan, then armed and allied with them in Syria. We also liked them again when Israel told us they were kool... again.

If next week something similar were to happen inside the US, you know the media and politicians would immediately point the finger at Russia as retaliation for the attack in Moscow, regardless of who is responsible.
If you think about it, if some Islamic Terrorist group wanted to carry out a similar attack inside the US, what better time to do it and get the blame placed on someone else.
Sure, because that's exactly what happened after the Boston Marathon bombing, when the US/media/politicians pointed the finger at Russia?
Why did the US specifically mention to avoid concerts? Sure looks like we were involved. So much for being against terrorism, I guess we’re only against it when the other side employs it.

The narrative and cover the CIA has been developing the last three weeks with terrorism warnings of this exact attack so reeks of CIA incompetence and recklessness. “Oh, we warned you. So what if you find a direct link to our knowing this was going to happen. We gave you warning, it’s all on you”. That CIA rigamarole works on dullard Americans like Zeepers but not Putin.

My studies found that the Maidan massacre was a false-flag mass killing of the protestors and the police in order to seize power in Ukraine. It was conducted with the involvement of oligarchic and far-right elements of the Maidan opposition using concealed groups of Maidan snipers in Maidan-controlled buildings. The evidence shows this beyond any reasonable doubt.

Russia making up assumptions and stories to link the US to a terrorist attack upon civilians is very provocative. Indicates Russias official policy is that civilians are legitimate targets. This is already known as Russia priority-targets civilians in Ukraine, Syria, Crimea, Chechnya, Georgia, etc.
Russia didn’t heed the warnings because Russia perpetrated the attacks. That’s why the venue’s security guards weren’t on duty, the sprinkler system was disabled, etc.
Sure, US warning Russia of terrorist intel means we were involved.
So, with that logic Russia was involved in the Boston Marathon bombing?
